Our company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate design teams;
  • Edit technical specifications;
  • Development of final design documents in CADD software including MicroStation;
  • May assist in determining schedule and budget requirements;
  • Prepare civil engineering drawings to represent as-builts and/or proposed civil infrastructure;
  • Manage multiple complex civil engineering projects;
  • Preparation of construction specifications;
  • Support business development initiatives;
  • Prepare roadway plans, detail drawings, project specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates (PS&E);
  • Guide design teams to achieve overall project objectives;
  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff’s specific area of expertise;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work in the United States immediately;
  • Ability to work in this country immediately is required;
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field),
  • 8+ years of experience;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Hydrology/hydraulics software packages, Word, Excel, Project;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills;
  • 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership;
  • Develop procedures for the administration of section activities;
  • Experience with the DoD 5000.02 acquisition process;
  • Have the ability to obtain professional engineering registration in several states;
  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation ;Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial, mechanical, or civil engineering and five (5) years or more experience;
  • Masters degree in similar field and three (3) years or more experience.
