Our company is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting material inventories and technical screening;
  • Providing expertise in inventory/warehouse management, and physical inventory functionality;
  • Ensure compliance with established corporate processes and procedures;
  • Maintain control of the Authorized Stockage Listing (ASL) and perform required inventories/audits;
  • Provide material handling coordination support to include shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property;
  • Must have the ability to generate/produce data and reports;
  • Inspect inbound inventory for accuracy and completeness, defects or notable damage and log/report discrepancies;
  • Interact with vendors, OEMs, FSRs and other customers to obtain information, reconcile inventory discrepancies, prepare RMAs and obtain EDD/ECD dates;
  • Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers and peers;
  • Workshop planning;
  • Plan and support team events;
  • Manage employee position list for the ERPT Program;
  • Coordinate with Immigration specialists for visas for business travel;
  • Tracking customer orders to ensure consistency and reliability;
  • Contacting product manufacturers to establish relationships.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel as well as Word and PowerPoint;
  • Communicate daily to support replenishment of on-site levels based on demand;
  • General understanding of sales order management, including logistics and general warehouse operations;
  • Takes initiative and seeks increased responsibilities;
  • High level of analytical skills as evidence by high intelligence, strong financial and analytical capabilities;
  • Knows how or where to obtain information; is resourceful;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with people at all levels of the organization, including supply chain partners;
  • Systems Command (NAVSEA) and/or Program Executive Office;
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with little or no guidance;
  • Perform inventory analysis;
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Manage Supply Chain KPIs including, but not limited to, monitoring inventory levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and aged inventory;
  • DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
