Retail Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Retail Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary liaison with the client, contractor and project team;
- Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items;
- Negotiates, develops, monitors and controls the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules and budgets for all project stages;
- Leads and attends regular coordination meetings for all architectural and engineering disciplines in all project phases;
- Develops a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocates hours to the work plan and monitors project progress weekly;
- Ensures close client relationships are maintained through regular contact; stays informed of changing needs and direction.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit;
- Registered Architect, a plus;
- B. Arch or related equivalent;
- Experience in project management and architectural design;
- LEED AP, a plus;
- Ability to travel.
