Responsibilities:

  • Developing solutions for complex business and client challenges;
  • Proactively developing Global risk mitigation strategies for client services;
  • Highlighting value and enhancing opportunities to drive new revenue growth;
  • Managing and directing clients, Verizon service, and project teams to ensure execution of governance plans;
  • Develop, lead, engage, and inspire individuals throughout the organization;
  • Ensure that both hardware and Software systems are in place and functioning to support key stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated strong executive presence and clear thinking;
  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives;
  • Experience leading a large, global, and matrixed organization (preferred leadership in program, project, and/or manufacturing environments);
  • Responsible for ensuring that functional strategies and execution support the organization’s goals of on time, on budget implementations;
  • Ensure the implementation of product specific service requirements through the New Product;
  • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise;
  • Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals;
  • Drive key growth programs in order to achieve yearly operating targets;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with employee and customers at all levels.
