Our company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and decisions;
  • Produce effective results: Ensure project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule;
  • Mastery of tools and processes available to successfully run a project/event;
  • Communicate schedules, updates, status, major decisions, risks and blockers;
  • Champion continuous improvement, iteration, and learning;
  • Act as the central point of contact for all program area questions or issues;
  • Actively mentor less senior members of the team;
  • Identifies and manages program-level issues and risks and drives decision making and escalations;
  • Responsible for managing team dynamics, morale and motivation while building a culture where all members and points of view are respected;
  • Accountable for delivering quality solutions that provide desired business benefits and/or solve business problems – on-time & within budget;
  • Support a mix of strategic and operational projects such as UX Lab calendar and access planning, auditing, and management;
  • Facilitator – must be able to: Facilitate meetings / workshops with large groups of people beyond the project team;
  • Work with team leads to identify key projects and metrics for the health of our team operations;
  • Ensure group participation;
  • Prioritize and assess impact of bug fixes and ensure new feature requests are fully specified for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Seven (7) years of related program management experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project;
  • Advanced knowledge and application of program and project management standards;
  • Must be a US Citizen;
  • Able to analyze scheduling, budgetary and resourcing data to develop contingency and risk mitigation plans;
  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required;
  • Utility knowledge & background;
  • Comprehensive understanding of inventory and basic finance principles, bottom-line oriented;
  • CSM;
  • Industry relationships including IT partner ecosystem and critical ISV’s;
  • 5+ years of product / project / program management experience;
  • Exceptional executive presence/communication skills (both oral and written) capable of c-suite engagement;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR;
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system including basic transactional and process knowledge;
  • Advance degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR.
