Our company is looking for a Client Services Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to requests for assistance in a timely manner;
  • Troubleshooting a broad range of technical issues on the hardware, application, and OS levels;
  • Developing a full understanding of all company products;
  • Installation, migration and upgrade of the company products on accelerated time schedules;
  • Creating and reviewing knowledge base documentation and FAQs based on issue solutions;
  • Managing resolution of technical and non-technical issues for company clients;
  • Participate in on-call rotation;
  • Conducting training on various company Products and Services.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, javaScript (including frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Backbone, Node);
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software implementation;
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly;
  • Comfort interacting with clients through written and verbal communication;
  • Track record of problem solving and innovation;
  • Able to work on multiple implementation and projects simultaneously, along with ongoing client technical troubleshooting support;
  • Knowledge of back-end web languages (PHP, Java, Node) as well as comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming would be a bonus;
  • Creative problem solving. You’re comfortable overcoming technical roadblocks using whatever works best for that specific scenario;
  • Strong experience working with APIs, Ajax, JSON, XML;
  • Track record of previous implementations of third party SaaS products;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems like Stripe, Braintree, Zuora.
