Our company is looking for a IT Network Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely and exception communication with internal and external contacts both written and oral;
  • Collaborate with department personnel and ensure there are solutions for all client IT issues;
  • Handle new hardware installations and OS configurations for servers and workstations;
  • Monitor and Administer security of various systems;
  • Proficient with Active Directory and all AD functions;
  • Proficient with Group Policy;
  • Provide end user support and training for operating system, hardware and applications;
  • File system security and maintenance;
  • Provide technical and functional documentation on the server environment as well as workstation configurations and specialized software usage;
  • Coordinate, install, or modify office network cabling as needed;
  • Proficient with DNS;
  • Perform backups of servers and network systems;
  • Monitor servers for performance, disk usage, and general maintenance;
  • Provide advanced remote technical guidance, assistance and coordination to end-users for PC, server, network and hardware problems;
  • Actively scan and monitor servers and workstations for malware.

Requirements:

  • Windows PC, printer setup and configuration;
  • Knowledge / Experience with Office 365 administration, user admin, SharePoint, Office Suite, etc;
  • Data Programming/Processing using Winbatch, Simx, Visual Basic, VBScript, etc;
  • Ability to learn new technology and software.
