Our company is looking for a Senior Network Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Network Management Systems (NMS);
- Perform day-to-day Network Administrative tasks;
- Designs networks for additional MVHC sites in regards to local VLANS and Spectrum ELAN;
- Establish and maintain cooperative and supportive relationships with team members and users;
- Provides basic telecommunication system support;
- Provides basic support to the facilities department for computer related system such as HVAC, fire suppression, and alarm monitoring systems;
- Provide support per request from user community to investigate and troubleshoot issues;
- Participate in 24×7 on-call responsibilities and maintenance window activities;
- Data entry and status tracking of all user request in an online tracking system;
- Ability to communicate industry best practices and apply a practical implementation to the environments;

Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work processes in a timely fashion;
- Experience with assigned technology or similar. (i.e. Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, wireless devices, Netscaler);
- 10 years of technical support experience, 5 years minimum at Senior level;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience required;
- Must occasionally lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs;
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree in Computer Science or MIS, Industry Certification; or combination of education and experience;
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally;
- Comprehensive knowledge of network administration, and related network hardware and software with, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Multiple VLAN environment;
- Experienced in fast growing, changing environment;
