Our company is looking for a Manager, Workday Integration to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding;
  • Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements;
  • Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies;
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management;
  • Manage integration development process which requires interaction with global resources across multiple geographic locations;
  • Engages with 3rd party vendors as required;
  • Execute the day-to-day activities including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews;
  • Responsible for overall performance and availability of integrations;
  • Lead Discovery session for each domain specific integration Deliver requirements and design documents to developers;
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level;
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university;
  • A minimum of five years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM or Financials implementation and integration experience;
  • Proven Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint;
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment;
  • 5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware);
  • 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience;
  • Extensive experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Existing and current Workday Integrations Core Certification;
  • Experience leading Integration design, and Process alignment Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality;
  • Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • 5 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment.
