Our company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop technical sales efforts for key accounts;
  • Become the liaison between the customer and Delphix sales, engineering and support teams;
  • Partner with Sales and Field Services teams to jointly create a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives for Delphix;
  • Previous experience in code, scripting language or in SQL / noSQL;
  • Reports to a Presales Director, or Lead Customer Solution Advisor or equivalent;
  • Use an inquisitive nature to learn and adopt a wide variety of open source and cloud technologies (including one of AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Sell the value of our XDN to IT Buyers;
  • Lead small team of developers to build PoCs;
  • Work closely with prospect’s IT teams and compel them to use the product during the evaluation phase;
  • Be the expert that articulates Moovwebs XDN’s powerful offering and capabilities;
  • Win the trust of web developers, dev ops engineers, and IT executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Math or Engineering field, or equivalent experience;
  • Able to work independently from home and during travel in a flexible capacity to meet multiple pre sales and deployment objectives;
  • 3+ years experience in the one of these areas: DevOps/CICD/TDM, Cloud, Masking & Governance;
  • Professional experience designing and delivering technology solutions (solutions on a cloud platform a plus);
  • Familiarity with DevOps Tools, Cloud services, TDM tools, or software frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) preferred;
  • Experience presenting to executives, IT, business leaders and technology teams;
  • 7+ years experience in software technologies;
  • Superior listening, communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of enterprise software selling experience to IT;
  • Experience scoping, managing and executing customer pilots and POCs;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while wearing multiple hats;
  • Natural talent for soft selling, being compelling, and hearing the unspoken;
  • Experience building websites as a developer. React experience is a plus.
