Associate Solutions Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Solutions Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting business stakeholders, including relationship management, understanding roadmaps, and conducting quarterly business reviews;
- Provide counsel for best practices on data strategies for internal partners;
- Perform onboarding of new users and also conduct targeted trainings for new features;
- Contribute to building out detailed datasets for various intellectual properties within Disney;
- Own communication to product end users, including feature release notes, project-specific updates, and other general announcements.
Requirements:
- Passionate about data and drive to define the world through methods of structured data;
- Energetic self-starter with a logical approach to problem solving and a technical aptitude;
- Strong communication skills, with a bent towards customer service;
- 1-2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodology;
- Enthusiastic about helping people, solving problems, and championing products;
- Experience with a variety of systems within Enterprise Platforms, including Content, Asset, and Metadata Management, as well as Content Distribution;
- An experienced writer, whose style can range from operational guides to formal announcements to engaging updates;
- Managing Machine to Machine (M2M) Operations Center projects to enable Private Networks;
- Providing provisioning and testing support;
- Providing project management support for One Talk implementation, WAN/LAN routers and CDMA transition;
- Providing post-sales support for tech migration;
- Assisting in the development, design and implementation of out-of-the-box product solutions;
- Driving internal process management through escalation support and developing sales representative solutions;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional role, preferably supporting clients in a technology / product environment;
- Experience working with ontologies, taxonomies, and/or metadata tagging schemes a plus.
