Our company is looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the QC of allograft tissue prior to release into inventory;
  • Coordinate company travel for employees;
  • Act as liaison between the Directors and the Marketing team to ensure appropriate inventory levels of marketing materials;
  • Manage calendar invites for meetings ranging from 1 on 1 HiPo lunches to recurring full company meetings;
  • Support Presidents’ initiatives, goals and day-to-day activities;
  • Manage collection of receipts and administration of expense reports for Presidents;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive strategic project plans;
  • Create/run reports or assist with projects as requested by Managing Directors;
  • Assists the QA Support Supervisor/Manager as needed;
  • Contribute to operational initiatives including contract compliance, reporting needs, talent recognition and as business needs dictate;
  • Support strategic initiatives of leadership team by tracking progress via leadership meeting attendance and individual follow up;
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by Management;
  • Assist in tracking and forwarding documents uploaded to the computer tracking system to other QA Departments;
  • Assist in the sending/tracking of autopsy reports and medical records;
  • Responsible for the data entry of information into donor records and informing supervisor of any discrepancies found.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Knowledge of medical terminology;
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to document calls into a computer system;
  • Experience in managed care or other area of the healthcare industry working in a Call Center environment or Care/Case Management Department;
  • Language preferences – Spanish, Russian, French, Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese;
  • Ability to work independently and maintain absolute confidentiality;
  • Must have the mental ability and visual acuity necessary to identify breaches in policy as they relate to procedures;
  • Strong writing and communication skills;
  • Must be able to lift/carry 30 pounds;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and must be able to type 50+ WPM.
