Our company is looking for a Technical Artist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and combine needed animation assets in UE4;
  • Be comfortable with at least one 3D program (Maya preferred);
  • Refine and maintain character physics assets;
  • Look for optimization opportunities;
  • Provide feedback for animation pipeline in DCC apps as well as UE4.

Requirements:

  • C++ experience;
  • Experience working with key frame and motion capture assets;
  • Experience with Python or similar scripting environments;
  • Professional UE4 experience working with character animation assets;
  • Working knowledge of versioning software i.e. Git (preferred), Perforce, CVS, Alien Brain or similar;
  • Familiar with particle systems (Unity or equivalent);
  • Exposure to shader languages such as GLSL, ShaderLab, and Unity Shaders;
  • Exposure to scripting languages such as C#, JS, Python;
  • Minimum 1-3 years game development studio experience;
  • Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and shaders (must have samples);
  • General understanding of UI design and development in Unity;
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Unity, 3DS Max;
  • Experience working under tight deadlines.
