Requirements:

  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate paper-based and electronic documentation, correspondence, and records;
  • Ability to handle privileged, and sensitive personnel information with discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity;
  • Ability to successfully interact and communicate with all levels of the MITRE corporate organization, as well as our government Sponsors;
  • Ability to perform moderately complex and diverse tasks with minimal supervision, and to recognize and solve issues before they become crises;
  • Sound and mature professional judgment, coupled with a high degree of professionalism and confidence;
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; excellent grammar and strong writing/editing and proofreading skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative and follow-through; self-managed accountability and efficient execution across the range of standard administrative duties;
  • Ability to deliver effective administrative and logistical support for staff, Department, and Division meetings and events.
