Our company is looking for a Personal Care Aide to join our team.


  • Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs;
  • Provide assistance to patients in day to day activities;
  • Assists client to and from daily activities;
  • Reminds client to take self-administered medications;
  • Observe and report any changes in client’s condition;
  • Complete other assignments as requested and assigned.�
  • Organize self to carry out visits/shifts and tasks;
  • Maintain a clean, safe and healthy client environment;
  • Utilize basic infection control measures;
  • Light housekeeping;
  • Remind clients to take medication at the appropriate time;
  • Running errands;
  • Household chores, e.g. laundry, dish washing, light clean and organizing;
  • Deliver food to client, helping with queuing;
  • Helping with bathing, dressing, and hygiene.


  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
  • Able to work a consistant schedule;
  • Diet;
  • Light Housekeeping;
  • Grooming;
  • Up-to-date car insurance in your name, registration and valid Driver’s License;
  • Ability to commit to provided availability and ability to work weekends;
  • Dependable;
  • One year of personal care experience or willingness and ability to complete CPNC approved training program;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to document daily progress notes;
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time;
  • Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch and reach, walk up and down steps, and be able to push or pull 75 pounds a minimum of 5 times per shift;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly;
  • Previous experience with one to one and / or two to one care giving.
