Our company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Techs;
- Talking to doctors;
- Verifying orders;
- Counseling Patients.
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle high volume;
- Licensed Pharmacist holding either a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy;
- Valid annual BBP training;
- Ability to work within set time frames/fixed deadlines;
- Be flexible to work different shifts;
- Valid driver’s license;
- The assignment will run over the course of 3 months;
- Valid State Board of Pharmacy license from state of employment;
- Ability to pass drug test;
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team;
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures;
- 1-2 years of recent experience;
- Ability to deal with emergency situations;
- Ability to select, compound and administer medications;
- Ability to maintains accurate and detailed records.
