Automotive Quick Lube Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Automotive Quick Lube Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment;
- Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts;
- Lubricate entire car while looking for other items which may need repair;
- Ensure that the customer’s car is kept clean;
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed;
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter;
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary;
- Complete vehicle inspection;
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first;
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
Requirements:
- Basic Computer skills;
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others;
- The ability to take direction and developmental advice from Management;
- Experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an Automobile Dealership is helpful;
- Must meet the performance standards;
- Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver’s license and a good driving record;
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
