Our company is looking for a Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules;
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership;
  • Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs in the Reynolds & Reynolds system;
  • Keeps shop equipment in pristine condition by following operating and safety instructions at all times;
  • Effectively communicate with the designated service manager when the above adjustments and additional work is needed;
  • Clearly documents and records work that is performed on the repair order under his/her supervision;
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment;
  • Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored;
  • Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Communicate with service adviser when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time;
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology;
  • Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management;
  • Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed;

Requirements:
