  • Identify opportunities for email campaigns, conference attendance, and other channels that will lead to an increase in sales;
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers;
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline;
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the market and the solutions/services CredentialCheck and our competitors provide;
  • Create sales material to present to customers;
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments;
  • Meet or exceed individual quotas as defined in the strategic business plan and/or commission plan;
  • Continued professional development through ongoing training and education;
  • Prospect and contact potential customers;
  • Ability to determine potential account action items and produce them in a timely fashion that meets or exceeds the potential client’s expectations.

  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information;
  • Work with Channel partners and Channel Manager to promote Solarwinds solution sales;
  • Develop and manage pipeline, providing weekly updates to forecast;
  • Previous experience in hospitality and promotional products;
  • Ability to analyze data and formulate account strategy, execute to plan;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms;
  • Manage and close existing assigned business in the Army. Build additional pipeline in large Army Program areas.
