Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the creation and delivery of advertising of company products through various sources of media (internet, print, broadcast). Analyzes customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies vehicles/projects, secures resources, communicates project development and drives creative development processes. Being an Advertising Coordinator works with both internal and external resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects. May require a bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and tracks all charges and payments with marketing agencies and other print and production vendors in a timely manner;
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies;
  • Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives;
  • Effectively adheres to purchasing policies;
  • Utilizes measurement tools to quantify and grow social media presence;
  • Monitors all customer survey and social media feedback and responds in accordance with best practices as set forth by marketing or industry standards;
  • Develops and implements social media content and posting strategy consistent with operational goals in coordination with Advertising Manager;
  • Supports the efforts and projects of the Advertising Manager as requested;
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner;
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned;
  • Coordinates printed material requirements for operational departments, promotions, special events, entertainment, and VIP parties;
  • Meets company appearance and grooming requirements;
  • Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter;
  • Identifies content needs for property such as signage and video needs, promotions and entertainment collateral, operational materials, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred;
  • Must have proven ability in copywriting and managing large-scale social media accounts;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license;
  • Must have experience with art design programs, website design, and familiarity with social media tools;
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • One to two years related experience and/or training preferred.
