Our company is looking for a Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and beat individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals;
  • Model customer service and promote sales whenever interacting with customers and associates;
  • Communicate and execute Stanton Optical standards and directives to staff;
  • Assume responsibility for other duties as developed;
  • Company standards and execution of Stanton Optical training programs;
  • Increase average tickets and decrease discounting;
  • Take part and facilitate the training, coaching, and development of retail associates while utilizing the Stanton Optical Sales Process;
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio. Must be proficient in using MindBody,
  • Work with Rider Experience Specialists to ensure pricing and promotional events and activities are clear;
  • Assist with managing the weekly schedule for maximum sales/profit (monitoring class attendance);
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department;
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process;
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals;
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Requirements:

  • Must have clean & valid driver’s license;
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment;
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing;
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday;
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers;
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance;
  • Ford Dealership Experience preferred Available to work flexible hours & weekends;
