Our company is looking for a Associate Creative Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide contractors with creative direction/art direction;
  • Fluency in understanding and interpreting strategy to developing initial concepts;
  • Work with Tech, Product and Content to deliver creative work that helps the project exceed its business objectives;
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within Entertainment;
  • Create original pitch-decks for newprograms from the ground up;
  • Manage and cultivate the professional development of staff members;
  • Ideate new ideas for custom video,animation, GIFS and memes;
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills for communicating concepts and campaign creative for client consideration and approval;
  • Attend agency/client meetings topresent concepts, working with selling partners to sell in new programs andideas;
  • Manage design teams across multiple client engagements, driving high-quality deliverables;
  • Work with vendors and outside specialty resources;
  • Integrate and communicate well with team members across account service, analytics, project management, and development disciplines;
  • Take a leadership role on new business pitches;
  • Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, creative briefs and treatments;
  • Adopt the voice, personality and tone of client brands by accurately interpreting brand guidelines and tone of voice guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism or related degree;
  • Strong writing skills in a variety of formats (proposals, pitches, concepts, treatments, scripts, etc.);
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years experience in an agency or brand management; B2B experience is a must;
  • Strong copyediting and proofreading skills;
  • Ability to write for multiple formats, including: direct mail, email, digital banner ads, web and landing pages;
  • Previous agency or in-house creative group experience;
  • 5+ years of agency experience, including Financial Services clients;
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment;
  • The ability to multitask and meet hard deadlines;
  • The ability to think through user experience across channels;
  • A sense of humor is a must;
  • Proven creative leader in developing big ideas from beginning to end;
  • Passion (the ability to view the work as fun );
  • Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with Clients and internal teams;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborative.
