Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Determines operational objectives by reviewing with client Asset goals and objectives;
  • Conduct weekly calls with clients reviewing pricing performance and providing recommendations;
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions;
  • Provides references for users by; providing help desk support; training users;
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong client focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills;
  • Demonstrated track record for achieving goals;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in client environments;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level client management experience;
  • A strong record of professional success, including at least 3 years of client-facing experience;
  • Superior client-facing skills;
  • A minimum of 3 years of Property Management and/or Revenue Management in the Multifamily industry (Preferred).
