Our company is looking for a Branch Executive Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainable and meaningful community relationships;
  • Participate in the development of staff and volunteer resources;

  • Work to build commitment and involvement in the YMCA and the community;
  • Development and delivery of quality branch services;
  • Adhere to procedures and commitment to our mission;
  • Provide quality member experience serving the community;
  • Ensure consistency with established YMCA policies;
  • Provide leadership to overall branch operations, membership, community engagement and safety;
  • Work in partnership with local agencies to deliver excellent services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of operational experience including executive director/management experience;
  • Ability to lead a large, diverse team;
  • Must have experience and proven success in financial development and board development;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix management system;
  • Must have experience in developing community relationships and working with community partners;
  • YMCA of the USA Multi-Team or Organizational Leader preferred;
  • Extensive fiscal management experience with proven experience in building and managing a budget;
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5-8 years of YMCA branch executive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Ability to lead, mentor and coach, Facility, Aquatic, Membership, Wellness and Program professionals.
