Brand Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other responsibilities as needed;
- Additional LaunchX brand management as needed to ensure positive word of mouth and building of credibility for high school entrepreneurship;
- Develop a strategy and process for identifying and managing speaking opportunities for executives and award recognition opportunities for the company;
- Manage projects from concept to completion and provide regular status reports;
- Working with Executive team in adhering to brand;
- Plan and launch paid advertising opportunities;
- Monitor social media profiles;
- A love for telling stories in written, verbal and visual form;
- Communicate with clients;
- Developing marketing strategies to support overall sales;
- Overseeing social media to gain competitive advantage and increase visibility;
- Managing the marketing department;
- Proofread and edit marketing materials (including print and digital);
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand;
- Oversee all editorial, influencer and celebrity sampling.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Desire to be a part of a collaborative team culture;
- A strong understanding of online marketing technologies and a variety of software tools;
- Excellent copy-writing and communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience seeing projects through from beginning to end;
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with keen attention to detail;
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet (MUST);
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing (MUST);
- Has worked in the youth education space;
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot;
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR or equivalent;
- BA+ degree (PLUS);
- 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role (MUST);
- Strong time management, very entrepreneurial, and experienced at managing up;
- Experience leading a team (preferred).
