Our company is looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review questions/issues to resolve concerns and follow up in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Build awareness and recognition of services provided;
  • Analyze the market and proactively contribute new ideas in team meetings and brainstorms;
  • Improve donor prospects by contacting and building relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Participate in department meetings and prepare the necessary materials;
  • Assist in the negotiation processes to ensure client and customer satisfaction;
  • Understand the client’s overall business objectives and develop strategies in order to promote specific campaigns effectively;
  • Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,);
  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience;
  • Team player with a positive attitude;
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented;
  • Research and general math skills;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form;
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software;
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English;
  • Deadline-oriented.
