Our company is looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review questions/issues to resolve concerns and follow up in an accurate and timely manner;
- Build awareness and recognition of services provided;
- Analyze the market and proactively contribute new ideas in team meetings and brainstorms;
- Improve donor prospects by contacting and building relationships with new and existing customers;
- Participate in department meetings and prepare the necessary materials;
- Assist in the negotiation processes to ensure client and customer satisfaction;
- Understand the client’s overall business objectives and develop strategies in order to promote specific campaigns effectively;
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,);
- Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Organized and extremely detail-oriented;
- Research and general math skills;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form;
