Responsibilities:

  • This position has supervisory responsibilities for Corporate Development Associates;

  • Execute transactions including process management, structuring, negotiations, and closing deals;
  • Analyze the pro forma implications of strategic partnerships and M&A transactions on Bright Health’s growth trajectory, business mix and margin;

Requirements:

  • Experience building and managing teams;
  • Experience with SQL and R/Python;
  • MBA preferred;
  • You excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing organization;
  • High proficiency with valuation modeling and techniques;
  • Fluency with Excel and PitchBook;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve in ambiguous situations;
  • You are an excellent communicator that can manage cross-group collaboration (product, engineering, sales, operations, etc.);
