Responsibilities:
- This position has supervisory responsibilities for Corporate Development Associates;
- Communicate and collaborate with teams across all functional areas of the organization;

- Ensure effective management of post-closing deal terms and hand-off to integration teams;
- Execute transactions including process management, structuring, negotiations, and closing deals;
- Analyze the pro forma implications of strategic partnerships and M&A transactions on Bright Health’s growth trajectory, business mix and margin;

Requirements:
- Experience building and managing teams;
- Experience with SQL and R/Python;
- MBA preferred;
- You excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing organization;
- High proficiency with valuation modeling and techniques;
- Fluency with Excel and PitchBook;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve in ambiguous situations;
- You are an excellent communicator that can manage cross-group collaboration (product, engineering, sales, operations, etc.);
