Client Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Construct and maintain all administrative work flow processes in YBR Financial Advisors CRM;
- Maintain client portal to both ‘personal vault’ at ybrfinancialadvisors.com and proprietary YBR Financial Advisors CRM;
- Proactively deliver and manage client service experience with YBR Financial Advisors;
- Coordinate calendars of Principal CFO, Personal CFO and Personal CFO Associate;
- Establish and maintain a compliant client financial documentation storage solution;
- Deepen client relationships through participation in client financial reviews et al. as determined by Principal CFO and Personal CFO;
- Manage client queries regarding all matters of financial life administration (e.g., address change, cashiering etc.);
- Demonstrated ability to think logically in solving problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form;
- Must attain and/or maintain a valid unrestricted California Property & Casualty license and meet continuing education requirements;
- Must have strong communication skills for written and verbal;
- Secondary education such as associate or bachelor degree preferred.
Requirements:
- Understanding of personal financial planning process;
- Command of computer and general technology;
- Financial services industry experience;
- Knowledge of software applications specific to personal financial planning;
- Undergraduate college degree;
- Understanding of FINRA, NASD, and SEC rules and regulations;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Extensive customer service experience.
