Our company is looking for a Digital Account Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and ongoing plans to address client business goals;
  • Establish effective working relationship as client advisor and advocate;
  • Develop trusted, consultative relationship with clients;
  • Client management;
  • Develop statements of work and change orders;
  • Ensure client satisfaction;
  • Deliver projects on budget through project estimating, tracking, reporting and invoice tracking;
  • Keep client and team abreast of industry trends and best practices;
  • Consistently and reliably serve client’s needs;
  • Ensure strategic recommendations are carried out through all subsequent work;
  • Meet with client to review account status and direction on a regular basis;
  • Work with a Project Manager to manage day-to-day client, project, and team needs and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner;
  • Adhere to REI processes;
  • Maintain open, professional, and timely communication;
  • Assist Account Directors with client discovery meetings and presentation of strategic deliverables to client.

Requirements:

  • A passion for all things interactive;
  • Open source (e.g. Drupal) and paid CMS (Cascade Server, Ingeniux, OmniUpdate, etc.) experience a plus;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Understanding of full spectrum of web development process, from strategy, user experience, design, and execution;
  • 5 – 7 years of experience managing clients in a digital agency environment across a variety of industries;
  • Understanding of broad marketing principles;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent industry experience;
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated digital accounts including strong web development and digital advertising experience;
  • Deep understanding of the web’s potential;
  • Advanced problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to conceptualize and define new solutions where models may not currently exist;
  • Current with application of developing technologies;
  • Analytics and SEO experience is essential;
  • Higher Education, Travel/Tourism, and/or non-profit experience a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
