Operations Director directs and oversees a major segment of the organization’s operations, typically through subordinate operations managers. Leads the design and implementation of non-manufacturing operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Our company is looking for a Director of Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all business with the highest of ethical and professional standards while assuring maintaining client bill rates and overseeing billbacks;
  • Partner with Physician Practice Management and Implementations teams in onboarding additional customers nationally;
  • Oversight of sales territories for Client Development team;
  • Manage and evaluate sales data for optimization of team KPIs and sales forecasting;
  • Ensure all hiring, promotions and termination policies are followed;
  • Financial proficiency required to establish all required budgets and resource plans for the manufacturing operations;
  • Manage budgets providing end-of-month variance reporting and analysis and corrective actions as required;
  • Oversee general program administration, including budget management and setting the academic calendar;
  • Directs preparation of accounting records, recommends budgets to management, ensures budget numbers are met;
  • WOW and other continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Coordinates with Policies and Procedures to ensure changes to processes are appropriately documented;
  • Leading the operation team;
  • Partner with clients and upper management in developing procedures, and ensuring the team follows all established policies;
  • Create and implement effective sales processes, policies, and training programs;
  • Create and maintain organizational structures to increase and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scale.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Capable of managing a diverse, technical workforce;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree from 4 year College or University;
  • Ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines across a large complex organisation;
  • Working on eCommerce technology solutions, including Shopify a plus;
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in communicating with all levels of management;
  • Minimum of (10+) years’ experience in managing a janitorial operation;
