Our company is looking for a Executive Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance employee and resident relations with the goal of improving survey scores in each area;
- Plans, directs and coordinates and collaborates family seminars;
- Manage, in conjunction with the Foundation Board, the assets and investments of the Foundation in accordance with investment policy;
- Accountable for overall positive leadership of the agency and maintaining high-performance culture among employee;
- In collaboration with Partnership members and non-members, implementing selected initiatives;
- Partnering with team leads on building scopes and project plans;
- Ensuring coordination with other departments, services and senior management, as appropriate;
- Invigorate connections with company member theatres to ensure they are engaged at the highest level;
- Be an outstanding communicator, coach and mentor;
- Foundation gifts and grants—allocate and distribute ethically, equitably, and effectively in accord with priorities of the Foundation Board;
- Engaging PSR’s faculty in the development of content and aligning Ignite with the broader PSR mission;
- Ensure that administrative and fiscal responsibilities are properly carried out. These include;
- Monitoring and updating the website (content and functionality);
- Demonstrate a collaborative leadership style with a true connection to the organization’s members, staff, board, and community;
- Strategically expand the Partnership’s membership and promote retention of members.
Requirements:
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation;
- Experience in fundraising with proven success, specifically in gift solicitation;
- Be an outstanding communicator, coach and mentor;
- Ability to comprehend customer business needs with respect to support of and impact to PSJH organizational objectives, mission, and core values;
- Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills;
- Working knowledge of state, federal, and local health care and housing regulations;
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its integrity;
- Management experience hiring, discipling and training a large staff;
- Experience initiating, growing, and cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred;
- Must have the ability to provide outstanding coaching services and to effectively manage change;
- 3+ years’ experience in management or leadership of an organization;
- Must be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc.
