Our company is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high performing team that is delivering on the business needs and current on digital best practices;
  • Gather internal and external input to develop a strategic vision for our digital opportunity set;
  • Develop and execute successfully around Dimensional’s content strategy and promotion;
  • Monitor the website analytics function and help drive that function for other capabilities within marketing and the firm;
  • Develop business proposals and roadmaps for digital products and overarching change initiatives that touch the digital space;
  • Develop business cases and communicate product strategy to senior audiences;
  • Lead, mentor, and empower people on the team and across the department;
  • Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end;
  • Engage and support communications activities with senior stakeholders;
  • Develop and drive internal/external facing product management strategy for domains related to public, client, and employee experiences;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Highly analytical, as demonstrated by a BS degree or prior work in a technical industry;
  • Experience measuring offline marketing efforts;
  • Experience deploying six-figure marketing budgets and measuring ROI;
  • Experience with mobile advertising;
  • Illustrator/InDesign experience for mocking up campaigns;
  • Experience with mobile attribution;
  • SQL expertise;
  • Experience with models & analytical programming languages like R and Python;
