Our company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations;
  • Collaborate with management team to craft company’s vision and mission;
  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.);
  • Manages the budget and other financial measurements of the HR department;
  • Manages other areas such as relocation, employee communication, employee safety and community relations;
  • Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organizations human resource function and performance;
  • Anticipates and resolve litigation risks;
  • Monitors adherence to internal policies and legal standards;
  • Develop all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an HR lead;
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, evaluations, etc,);
  • Knowledge of labor laws in California, New York, and Florida;
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation;
  • 4 year degree required, MA/MBA is preferable.
