Responsibilities:
- Creating a framework for segment events, and supporting non-local facilities in implementing new framework segment wide;
- Supporting the design and execution of engagement & inclusion programs and initiatives of varying sizes and purposes;
- Managing segment level budgets for events, partnering with local teams to creatively remain within the allocated budget;
- Strategic partner to the internal communications team, representing the voice of engagement and inclusion;
- Liaison for event stakeholders: HR leaders, Business leaders, internal and external vendors, and community partners.
Requirements:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR);
- Defense Industry Experience;
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- U.S. Citizenship;
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
