Our company is looking for a Human Resources, Business & Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a framework for segment events, and supporting non-local facilities in implementing new framework segment wide;
  • Supporting the design and execution of engagement & inclusion programs and initiatives of varying sizes and purposes;
  • Managing segment level budgets for events, partnering with local teams to creatively remain within the allocated budget;
  • Strategic partner to the internal communications team, representing the voice of engagement and inclusion;
  • Liaison for event stakeholders: HR leaders, Business leaders, internal and external vendors, and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR);
  • Defense Industry Experience;
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
