- Microsoft word, excel and ADP knowledge would be great;
- Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees;
- Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information;
- Prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
- Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner;
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Degree in Human Resources or related field;
- People oriented and results driven;
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
