Requirements:

  • Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback;
  • Microsoft word, excel and ADP knowledge would be great;
  • Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees;
  • Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information;
  • Prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
  • Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner;
  • Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
