Our company is looking for a National Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess Industry domain knowledge or has the ability to gain high-level industry knowledge quickly;
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends;
  • Provide Golden Krust product training at the distributor level and among authorized sales agencies/brokers;
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Owning and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets;
  • Achieve volume targets on new business. Regularly update and communicate progress to management;
  • 50% travel;
  • Develop, foster, and maintain strong customer relationships with existing customers;
  • Network and develop strategic partnerships to gain referrals and generate leads;
  • Oversee management of retailers’ local marketing programs and co-op ad budgets;
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through quarter business reviews and weekly forecast calls;
  • Generate various weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports out of CRM tool in a timely manner and on an as needed basis, as directed;
  • Document critical processes;
  • Build account plans and strategies for each target account;
  • Constantly evaluating the retail network’s financial position and issue regular operational reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop successful strategies to drive market share and client satisfaction;
  • Able to implement an accountability/metrics culture across sales without losing top performers;
  • New product roll-out experience and success from a sales leadership perspective;
  • Experience selling through distributors and selling into multiple channels;
  • MBA in Business Administration or related field desired but not required;
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality and a passion for health care;
  • Selling medical device and business services in a solution selling approach to clinical and economic buyers in the Acute/Hospital and IDN landscape;
  • Successful track record of leading Medical Device sales and account management teams;
  • A minimum of 5 years sales management experience;
  • Past experience building and leading high-performance sales teams, developing strategies, setting a course of action and delivering plan;
  • Demonstrated record of success at both large, complex organizations and in smaller resource-constrained environments;
  • Strong knowledge of the Hospital industry. Experience selling a medical device;
  • Innovative, creative, and great communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pricing, margins and expenses to budget;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where the emphasis is on results.
