Our company is looking for a Operations Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a data driven culture with launch stakeholders through education and training;
  • Understand the Landscape: Deep knowledge in launch business processes, metrics, and efficiency opportunities;
  • Utilize analytical, statistical and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret large data sets;
  • Develop, communicate and drive adoption of the launch analytics program and vision;
  • Supports aftermarket proposals for legacy military hardware requiring SAP updates including routings and labor and test readiness;
  • Help evolve our online launch processes and infrastructure for more efficient and effective commercial online launch capabilities across Microsoft;
  • Leads continuous improvement including initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality;
  • Design, implement, and lead strategic change through simplification and automation for Marketing Payments to Partners end to end processes;
  • Reporting & Analytics: Define end-to-end reporting requirements, analytics and ROI capabilities within each marketing program;
  • Monitors service delivery performance from our vendors, reviewing response times, problem logs, and trends in problems reported;
  • Educate key partners on effective project planning, project management and execution;
  • Support implementation and management of technology solutions and tools to support Operations’ evolving needs;
  • Leads aftermarket operational performance driving hardware deliveries to plan;
  • Support metrics and reporting rhythms to drive strategy execution and consistently achieve OKRs (objectives and key results);
  • Readiness – Partner, Subsidiary and BPO training.

Requirements:

  • MBA;
  • 5 years’ minimum Operations, Program Management, or Project Management experience;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization is essential;
  • Negotiation and conflict management;
  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Focus/ability to set priories and work independently;
  • Proven ability to be effective, versatile and action-oriented;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high capacity for work output;
  • High energy individual with a “can do” attitude;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and be a self-starter able to operate independently with no oversight;
  • 6 years’ minimum experience in Global Program Management, & Capability or Project Management;
  • Microsoft product and/or product launch experience;
  • Strong cross-group collaboration skills and ability to positively influence and engage resources across Microsoft on a regular basis;
  • High Customer/Partner Engagement skills towards a Trusted Advisor;
  • Six Sigma Qualification.
