Our company is looking for a Operations Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive optimizations and seek to reduce cost through tool or process improvements;
  • Manage and assign tasks and deliverables;
  • Provide high touch technical support. Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from partnership teams;
  • Compile, analyze and report on relevant partner or support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Manage and oversee the operational support within the Data Centers, NOC, and DR team;
  • Monitor and track progress of project and work plan;
  • Learn and build expertise on new processes, operational tools and tracking applications;
  • Create and establishe new standards and procedures and translates high level work plans into detailed assignments for team members;
  • Leverage internal tools, logs and data to identify/troubleshoot issues;
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Willing to participate in after hours and weekend work as needed;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Willing to participate in all training as needed/required;
  • 2 Years minimum restoration management experience required;
  • Xactimate experience preferred;
  • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools;
  • Must possess excellent cross departmental communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure;
  • 8 years of experience in consulting, program management, process improvement, or legal;
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality;
  • Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • 8 years of experience leading strategic projects across teams and geographic regions;
  • Safety and customer service oriented.
