Operations Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Operations Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive optimizations and seek to reduce cost through tool or process improvements;
 - Manage and assign tasks and deliverables;
 - Provide high touch technical support. Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from partnership teams;
 - Compile, analyze and report on relevant partner or support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
 - Manage and oversee the operational support within the Data Centers, NOC, and DR team;
 - Monitor and track progress of project and work plan;
 - Learn and build expertise on new processes, operational tools and tracking applications;
 - Create and establishe new standards and procedures and translates high level work plans into detailed assignments for team members;
 - Leverage internal tools, logs and data to identify/troubleshoot issues;
 - Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
- Willing to participate in after hours and weekend work as needed;
 - Advanced knowledge of Excel;
 - Willing to participate in all training as needed/required;
 - 2 Years minimum restoration management experience required;
 - Xactimate experience preferred;
 - Experience using a variety of hand and power tools;
 - Must possess excellent cross departmental communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 - Ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure;
 - 8 years of experience in consulting, program management, process improvement, or legal;
 - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality;
 - Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record;
 - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
 - 8 years of experience leading strategic projects across teams and geographic regions;
 - Safety and customer service oriented.
