Our company is looking for a Operations Support Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Technology leaders to identify operational best practice and help implement across the group;
  • Attend key meetings, documenting key information and required action items; support group’s offsite meetings and other key events;
  • Serve as point for coordinating cross tower organizational practice support (i.e. training events and productivity reporting).

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to Executive level management;
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
