Our company is looking for a Order Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing purchase orders and communicating with purchasing agents, warehouses and sales reps;
  • Maintain and communicate all wine allocations, points of display tracking, and inventory holds;
  • High level of cross departmental communication with the pricing, logistics, marketing, sales and accounting;
  • Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability;
  • Dispatch orders to freight companies;
  • Manage new item roll outs as it relates to orders, inventory management and shipping for key accounts;
  • Proactively follow up on any customer issues (billbacks, credit memos, etc);
  • Assist Director of Sales Logistics in projects and sample sending;
  • Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders and shipping;
  • Perform all inventory warehouse tie-outs for accounting;
  • Solid understanding of warehouse inventory counts and run rate reporting;
  • Monitor all monthly shipments and follow up with carriers;
  • Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders;
  • Obtain additional information as necessary from different departments in the company;
  • Main customer service contact for assigned warehouses and within distributor network.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy;
  • Ability to apply a common sense understand to carry out details;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
  • Self-starter and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
