Our company is looking for a Partner Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows-up on visits and creates action plans;
  • Conducts price negotiations and proposals;
  • Works closely together with International Sales Support;
  • Is responsible for personal (short and medium term) sales plan;
  • Monitors and improves customer-satisfaction;
  • Consults with (potential) customer about (new) products and opportunities;
  • Develop and drive initiatives to capitalize growth opportunities within each partner;
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Business Development Managers to position/sell Workday deployment and post production services;
  • Regularly analyze key account metrics and identify new growth areas;
  • Develop and sustain customer executive relationships;
  • Drive customer self sufficiency by ensuring their customers understand how to engage with the Workday services organization;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships;
  • Expand existing AWS footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes;
  • Engage other service resources as necessary to support account planning and feature adoption strategies;
  • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Background in a law firm and an understanding of the Solicitors handbook, including the Solicitors accounts rules and code of conduct;
  • Will be confident in the use of IT systems;
  • Ability to communicate product components/capabilities in both significant technical detail, as well as to someone non-technical;
  • Strong technical aptitude and savvy;
  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GIS-related field;
  • Experience with fork lift truck or construction cranes OEMs is a plus;
  • Proven ability to work independently and autonomously;
  • Ability to initiate, establish and nurture business relationships;
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Deadline and detail-oriented;
  • Collaborative nature and comfortable working with cross-functional group of teams;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven hands-on relationship management experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • An energetic, driven, fun and generally awesome personality.
