Sales Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow through with sales leads and customer inquiries;
- Plan and purchase Realtor drop gifts and Dream Days baskets; administer records of drawing winners;
- Ensure efficient communication of group needs to hotel operations staff;
- Update and report key data trends to assist Sales Manager to identify opportunities to optimize assortment and/or pricing;
- Answer telephone and email messages. Respond accordingly;
- Qualifies general sales inquiries, responds personally and directs leads to appropriate Sales Managers;
- Create various reports on customers as needed;
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner;
- Creation of Customer Care Plans Obtain all relevant information from sales person;
- Maintains reader files;
- Communicate Fullscreen’s value on client calls and pitches, as needed;
- Assist in call preparation and other administrative duties;
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files;
- Much of the work is sales focused and is done through email and phone communication. You must be courteous and professional in these interactions;
- Assist Account Executives in identifying potential new client prospects.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week;
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment;
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience;
- Pay is based on computer testing and experience;
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and workflow;
- Fast learner;
- Answer telephone and email messages. Respond accordingly;
- Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Comfortable on the phone;
- A self-starter and quick learner with a strong desire to excel and flexibility to succeed in innovative, sometimes ambiguous situations;
