Responsibilities:
- Assist CDW to transform and grow their business in the cloud by developing services, GTM and customer engagement strategies;
- Identify an effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities;
- Drive continuous portfolio optimization of CDW performance as measured by revenue, pipeline, and partner impact;
- Be a strong influencer and orchestrator to align Microsoft & CDW’s resources to drive global business impact;
- Develop deep internal and external relationships to drive partner success, across sales, marketing and technical/engineering teams;
- Partner Solution Management: Guide CDW to build a solutions portfolio aligned with market opportunities and Microsoft priorities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort;
- Strong influence and orchestrator skills helping align Microsoft and partner resources to drive solutions that support customer needs;
- Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through;
- Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment;
- Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills;
- Previous exposure to Cloud Infrastructure Alliances and ideally Storage focused ones;
- Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency;
- Strong experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies;
- 2+ years of successful experience managing virtual teams across functions and geographies;
- Bachelor’s degree desired (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations);
- Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving sales with partners in commercial businesses.
