Our company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering cross-functionally with others on the marketing, sales, and product teams to execute multi-channel campaigns;
  • Establishing and maintaining full-funnel conversion tracking and attribution for paid campaigns;
  • Identifying and prioritizing new channels and partners we can work with to reach bigger (or more targeted) audiences;
  • Designing and running conversion optimization experiments and A/B tests;
  • Day-to-day management of CPC campaigns through AdWords, AdRoll, and bidding-based review sites like Capterra;
  • Perhaps most importantly: Really getting to know our customers so you understand how to anticipate their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. website, social media, SEM);
  • Experience with managing SEM/PPC and Facebook ad campaigns;
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating);
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools;
  • 4+ years running paid digital marketing programs, including both pulling the levers and reporting on performance;
  • Hands-on experience with data;
  • Managing campaigns on Google Ads, and a combination of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn;
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot;
  • Experience working in either an agency and/or a high growth/startup environment;
  • Experience ASO, partnerships, or affiliates is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization;
  • Great understanding of SEO;
  • Expertise in Facebook and ASA;
  • Experience managing large budgets.
