Our company is looking for a Public Relations Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing a marketing strategy with business partners;
  • Implements and evaluates various communication and marketing techniques;
  • Understand, analyze and act on key performance indicators to continually improve customer experiences;
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, satisfaction, and overall adoption of our incentive programs;
  • Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles;
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and practices by analyzing marketing data;
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans that are aligned with business objectives;
  • Define, implement and improve processes and work flow for content development;
  • Create compelling content for various internal and external channels;
  • Drive and lead projects to navigate through ambiguity and find solutions;
  • Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging;
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies;
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
  • Aggressive self-starter, ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, forward-thinking with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant area of study required;
  • 1-2 years of corporate communications, PR and/or marketing communications experience;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Have an above and beyond attitude;
  • Extremely strong writing, editing and proofing skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred;
  • Must be organized and detail oriented;
  • Willingness to jump in and help out on projects across the team as needed.
