Our company is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exceptional teamwork and deliver superior customer service;
  • Assist in entering and analyzing selling reports for key partners;
  • Support Regional Account Executives in their day to day needs;

  • Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received;
  • Research and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of the accounts;
  • Provide customer service and support to sales team;
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects;
  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Accurately enter and process television advertising schedules for various Political campaigns within the cable footprint;
  • Review to confirm product availability, pricing accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel locally to events;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Clean and professional;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Previous strategic sales growth experience;
  • Punctual;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Entry Level – Will train the right candidate;
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM and MS Office programs;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook;
  • Bachelor’s and/or associate degree strongly preferred;
  • Strong people skills, strong phone skills;
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in learning computer programs such as CRM and ERP systems; experience with either is a plus;
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
