Our company is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;
  • Prepping a house for sale;
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound follow-ups and outbound calls and e-mails;
  • Assisting and educating Customers on our products;
  • Document all sales activity in CRM including contacts, opportunities, etc;
  • Appreciation for a job well done * Company Golf Outing;
  • After the sale follow up, including phone calls, thank you letters and asking for referrals;
  • Update contacts;
  • keeping everything clean and stocked;
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for the beach team;
  • Five day work week. * Extensive paid training;
  • Maintain and order office supplies;
  • Perform office work as necessary or assigned;

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Must have proficient computer skills;
  • Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than just a color, it’s an attitude);
  • Must have excellent public speaking skills;
  • 18 Years or older;
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift;
  • Skill and ability to sell;
  • sales experince;
  • Must have 5 years experience;
  • Must be at least 16 years old;
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification;
  • Ability to work at heights;
  • Must have the ability to lift at times 50 pounds.
