Our company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Run sales process and sales methodology trainings with new hires;
  • Run new hire sales certification activities (Role Plays, Exam Reviews, etc.);
  • Track and analyze use and impact of sales process and methodology tools;
  • Coordinate with sales managers to review adherence to sales process and methodology and build individualized plans to optimize use and effectiveness;
  • Run 3 to 6 new sales employee bootcamps at Auth0 HQ each year;
  • Support regional specific training programs in both the Americas and APAC;
  • Sales Enablement training content creation and delivery;
  • Ability to deploy enablement and educational material across multiple channels;
  • Subject Matter expert on all things Sales;
  • Analyze and evaluate training programs to ensure content, initiatives and timelines are up to date;
  • Frame and present educational best practices and communicate changes to sales process to all stakeholders;
  • Identify, recommend, and develop initiatives for areas within SOCi’s sales onboarding training and education requirements;
  • Coordinate and facilitate sales trainings, and workshops;
  • Develop and maintain E-learning, Learning Management System (LMS) environment for virtual and remote training.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to occasionally support work hours until 7pm Pacific Time (assistance with APAC trainings);
  • Background in coaching sales managers;
  • Background in Solution Selling Methodology preferable;
  • Impeccable track record of quota attainment;
  • Training of quota carrying direct sales team members;
  • Background in selling to developers/engineers preferable;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an account executive in technical software sales;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to relate to hires of varying degrees of experience in technical sales;
  • Training sales managers;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a role that involves;
  • Expertise with a LMS (Ideally Atlassian suite – Confluence/Jira);
  • Experience developing and delivering curriculum surrounding enterprise sales education;
  • Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and principles;
  • Communicate with all levels within an organization, including Sr Leadership, C-Level and Individual Contributors (Excellent communication skills);
  • General understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce.com.
