Our company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support change management at the global level;
  • Consult and coach project team members and functional leaders;
  • Drive the design, development, delivery and management of communications;
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management initiatives;
  • Collaborate with other specialists and key stakeholders globally;
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs;
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation plans;
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness;
  • Develops and executes comprehensive change strategies for program-level initiatives across multiple projects;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent required;
  • Drive communication efforts;
  • Occasional travel may be required;
  • 8 years of additional, relevant experience may be substituted for education.

  • 5+ years of overall IT Change Management experience;
  • Ability to perform as a team member as well as ability to operate independently;
  • Understanding of Technologies and ITSM Tools (Remedy and Service Now);
  • Finds creative way to execute even when there is no historical context or known path forward;
  • Experience with implementing and managing automate change management tool suites;
  • Bachelor Degree in IT related field of study or similar technical degree;
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a desire to succeed;
  • SharePoint and InfoPath experience;
  • Ability to work productively with all levels of professionals in an organization;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methodologies of change management.
